Positioning

With vacant building property hard to find in the Okanagan, In-fill development is becoming more popular. Real estate investors have identified in-fill sites as one of the best ways to develop rental properties. We often work with investors/developers right from inception to position their projects for success. Preliminary feasibility studies and thorough diligence are critical in order for in-fill development. For this project, we determined removal of the existing home and construction of two new rental duplexes (4 units) was best. Our team worked alongside the owner to create drawings and apply for permits and approvals.

Construction

Including removal of the original home, vertical construction on this project took 9 months. We managed all components of the build, including the landscaping and fencing in preparation for tenants.

Completion

The units were turned over to our client early 2020. The investor has stabilized the property with tenants and will enjoy years of hassle free property management!

Positioning

Construction

From foundation to framing and every detail there after, we’ve got you covered and work with you every step of the way.

Completion

We will do a final walk through with you, and then last minute touch-ups will be completed. On the date of possession, you will be handed the keys and the home is yours!
