Positioning
This home was constructed with intent to sell, also known as a spec home. When building spec homes, our objective is to deliver a product that appeals to a broad demographic of people. We integrate current market trends when designing the home and making material selections. For all of our build-to-sell projects, we create custom house plans that maximize usage of each specific property. Our in-house design consultant put together a fantastic package for this home!
Construction
Vertical construction is led by one of our project managers. We build quickly and efficiently, with project specifications created in advance by our design consultant. Brentwell carpenters performed the majority of work to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Along with third party subcontractors, we completed construction of this home in just 5 months.
Completion
The buyers committed to purchase the home in advance of completion. Following occupancy and a walkthrough, the buyers were given keys to their new home. Backed by our warranty, Brentwell clients know that any concerns or complications will be responded to quickly.

It is our belief that for a project to go well, it must be adequately positioned for success. We will guide you through land acquisition, construction drawings and detailed budgeting. Time spent carefully planning your project results in fewer changes, shorter build durations and happier clients!
Construction
From foundation to framing and every detail there after, we’ve got you covered and work with you every step of the way.
Completion
We will do a final walk through with you, and then last minute touch-ups will be completed. On the date of possession, you will be handed the keys and the home is yours!
