This exciting full-time, permanent position requires a skilled professional who can read and interpret blueprints, prepare layouts according to building codes, building foundations and structures, and expertly fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, moulding, and hardware. Join our growing team as an estimator responsible for managing the bid process from documents and design through to the job kickoff meeting. We seek skilled applicants with 5+ years of experience in construction project estimating and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Bring your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to produce a detailed estimate with appropriate material, labour and sub-breakdowns.
