Brentwell was given an opportunity to bid on the construction of this new home in the Foothills. In this circumstance, Brentwell works with the client to create project specifications that can be used to create realistic allowances. Ensuring a client’s expectations for materials and finishes is critical when setting a budget for projects. We recommend value engineering solutions where applicable as well as innovative upgrade solutions. A noteworthy upgrade was setting all roof beams flush by means of adding structural steel. By eliminating drop beams that obstructed sight lines, the big views of this property were maximized. Following proposal of our budget, we were awarded the contract and set off preparing permit applications.
Over a 7 month duration, vertical construction of this home was completed.
With a high end custom home, it is critical that our tolerance for error is almost nil. In advance of presenting a complete home to clients, we are sure to closely examine all areas in search for any oversights. It is our goal to be more attentive to details than our clients. Once it has passed the Brentwell internal approvals, we hand keys over to our clients. Along with an orientation of systems and appliances, we commission the home collaboratively to get all systems up and running. Another project gone well!

We will do a final walk through with you, and then last minute touch-ups will be completed. On the date of possession, you will be handed the keys and the home is yours!
