Hemlock Townhomes- Revelstoke

Fully prepared the site for construction of 6 townhomes, including site grading and servicing, stormwater management, snow storage, erosion and sediment control, strata roadworks and utilities.

Manning Place Subdivision- Vernon

Prepared 30 lots for vertical construction of duplexes and 4-plexes. Scope included all deep service work, as well as installation of pressure reducing valves for water service for the property.

Deleenheer Heights- Vernon

Onsite and offsite works to prepare the site for construction of townhomes. Scope included site servicing, including water, storm and sanitary services, grading and earthworks, as well as utility work.
